All teams playing in USA Hockey sanctioned events will be required to submit a certified roster from USA Hockey or Hockey Canada prior to the tournament start date. Teams are not required to have their certified roster at the time of entry, but providing a link to your team's certified roster from USA Hockey or AHAI in the registration form below does make things much easier. Payment instructions will be emailed to the team contact when your team's placement into the tournament has been confirmed by a MHT Regional Director.
