AN OPEN LEVEL YOUTH TOURNAMENT FOR USSF AFFILIATED TEAMS. #### **THE OLD LINE STATE CLASSIC IS OPEN TO ALL PARTICIPATING US SOCCER FEDERATION (USSF) AFFILIATED TEAMS.**. Teams found placing themselves in the wrong competition, will be eliminated from receiving awards.**. **All guest players must be affiliated with the same youth soccer association as the rostering team.**. **Teams challenged during the event and found not to have a Tournament roster on file with the Tournament Director will be immediately disqualified from play.**. **This is an USSF event for SAY, US Club Soccer and MSYSA teams.** If your team is affiliated through any "out of state" USYSA affiliate, you will need to submit a "Permission to Travel" form from your state association. If you are denied a travel form, or if you are a non affiliated recreation program team, you will be required to purchase CMSA/SAY Academy insurance roster for participation.
