Occasionally we may swim against 2 teams at a meet (a double-dual meet) or we may not swim against a team if scheduling doesn't work out.**. The fewer undeclared swimmers the better, because coaches have to track these swimmers down the night before when they are working on meet entries.**. **For Home Meets, set-up begins at 4:00pm. **During Summer Swim, we operate a Bullpen to organize the swimmers before each race. **Home Meets usually end around 9:00pm. **Swim Meets prepare our swimmers for the District and State Championships. Everyone is expected to swim this meet, so PLEASE DO NOT schedule vacations during this time. The State Meet is only for State Qualifiers - those swimmers who have made individual state qualifying times in their events or have qualified as part of a relay. If you attend District and/or State, you will have to pay the corresponding fees, which are normally around $30 per swimmer per meet.
