## May 30 and 31, 2026 - Orlando. Players need to receive a Player Registration Invite from their Club Director. Club Directors will have access to the player registration/waiver invite once they register their club. All players must be registered to participate in the event. **Hotel Behavior Policy:** Due to past incidents, we have asked all club directors to acknowledge our policy per hotel behavior for event participants at hotels approved for the event. Behavior and actions that result in damage to hotel properties and/or disruptive behavior may lead to the local authorities becoming involved and teams possibly being removed from the event. ***P******lease note that club directors will need to submit a roster for each team as part of the registration process using the League Apps Player Invite function.**. There will be shuttles to the walking path to the fields at the rear of the hotel. Omni Hotel Guests will park in hotel parking and access the fields through the back of the hotel.
