## Days of Lacrosse. Days of Lacrosse is a rec league tournament that is available to all recreational teams throughout the United States. **The tournament format will be pool play followed by playoffs U8 will be a one-day seed play.**. **No on-field time will be allotted for team warm-up.**. Teams can tie in pool play, no overtime.**. **Tie breakers for pool play will be in the following order: 1) head-to-head, 2) goal differential, 3) goals allowed.**. **All rules will be in accordance with USA Lacrosse, including/except the following:**. * **U8 and U10 ONLY: Mercy Rule – if one team is up by 6 or more goals, the other team has possession of the ball in lieu of face-off or AP. ### 2026 Days of Lacrosse Registration. A rec team constitutes a team that is part of a league with in area games in a radius of 60 miles to other teams with an included game schedule.
