Tryouts for the 26/27 Season of Club will begin in late April and early May. Register by clicking on the blue button below. The 2026 MFC Summer Indoor Rec season is scheduled to begin on Saturday, May 30, and will run through Saturday, July 25, with finals played on August 1.. NOTE: Active Madison FC or other AZ Club Players are not eligible to play MFC Summer Indoor REC Soccer. MFC Club families should discuss summer options with their Club coach. \*Phoenix Sports Center/ Soccer Locker: 3839 W Indian School Rd. Welcome to Madison Futbol Club (MFC). MFC offers both Club Competitive travel and Recreational soccer programs. MFC's Club/Competitive teams compete at the highest level within the Arizona Youth Soccer Association (ASA) with several teams ranking in the top 10 for their age group, state-wide. Madison Futbol Club has built a great social network to help keep our fans updated on MFC games, events and community involvement.
