- Introduction to Arbiter for OYL. #### For Officials. ## 2026 CLUB AND TEAM REGISTRATION IS OPEN. Oregon Youth Lacrosse is committed to training and supporting our Junior Officials. Our goal is that each official assigned to a game has completed both a classroom and on field training to ensure the safety and fairness of our games. Like last year, we will have the ability to assign and manage payments for all Junior Officials. The Oregon Youth Lacrosse board has been working very hard to rectify last year's issues and to ensure that all Officials are paid in a timely manner. We will have a point of contact with each club that can help us connect with JO's if there are barriers to taking the steps needed to be paid through Arbiter. Lastly, Oregon Youth Lacrosse is searching for additional Board Members who are committed to increasing the growth of lacrosse in Oregon.
