For flag football, we are not currently enforcing a maximum number of spectators per player. However, the guidelines illustrated in the FIELD DIAGRAM MUST BE FOLLOWED. The diagram is marked to illustrate where spectators can sit during games. #### NFL Flag Football Rulebook. Flag football is a growing sport offered by SYC. We now offer spring and fall seasons. Flag Football is offered to both boys and girls and is a fun alternative to the classic tackle football. We have become one of the most competitive youth flag football leagues in Northern Virginia. ► Fall Flag Football - Ages 3-16 - Registration opens in May. ► Spring Flag Football - Ages 3-16 - Registration opens in December. Players in 3-4 year age group will practice for up to 30 minutes, have a break, and then play a game. ### Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Flag Football Age Groups.
