No competitive tournaments will be sanctioned by WYSA during the State Championships and Presidents Cup group play weekends in fall and spring. + We will be accepting recreational tournament applications for these given dates. Blocked Dates: May 16-17 & May 23-25 2026 applications will not be approved until all your 2025 Post Tournament reports and payments are received. + This only pertains to clubs who held a tournament in the 2025 calendar year. Only Club Admins have access to the Tournament Applications Program. Using your Club Admin account, go to the “Programs” tab and click on “Tournament Sanctioning”. Applications will then be submitted and approved by WYSA.
