**Regional Teams** will travel 1-2 times out of state to USAV and/or AAU tournaments. Includes: 4 months of volleyball, 2 highly qualified coaches, 2 practices a week, 2 practice shirts, weekly Sunday Skills Clinic, discounts on Lululemon, entrance fee into local tournaments, travel is guaranteed, teams stay together for entire season with the potential of participating with the National team at Nationals if a spot becomes available. **National Teams** will travel 2-3 times out of state to USAV and/or AAU tournaments, including the USAV Nationals tournament in June/July (14-17's) and April (18's) should the team earn a bid. Includes: 4-6 months of volleyball, 2 highly qualified coaches, 2 practices a week, 2 practice shirts, IVC exclusive Crossfit training 2x/week with Crossfit Iron Refined, three small group private lessons, weekly Sunday Skills Clinic, Tournaments live-streamed and recorded on HUDL, discounts on Lululemon, entrance fee into local tournaments, travel is guaranteed, teams stay together for entire season.
