All teams MUST have updated roster in GotSport tournament event prior to check in deadline. All out of the state of Arkansas teams must present this document at check in. \*If your club does not utilize club pass, GUEST PLAYERS must be added to your GotSport team roster under the tournament event. Birth Certificates arenot required for check-in, but must be available during tournament if asked to show player proof of age. Every team must sign the Tournament Medical Waiver Document to verify the team has medical waivers for all players.
